Goetia 1904
Scot’s Forneus appears as a sea-monster and commands twenty-nine legions divided between Thrones and Angels. The later Goetia retains the monster, count and former angelic affiliations. Neither account defines the creature through more detailed anatomy. [2][1]
Rhetoric and languages give Forneus’s teaching a clear emphasis on speech. A good name and affection from enemies as well as friends extend his influence to reputation and reconciliation. The sea-monster’s unspecified anatomy supplies little visual detail; the office is more precisely concerned with how a person is heard and regarded by others. [2][1]
